Fox Fire Ridge is the perfect application for a renewable energy system. Since there are currently no utility lines to this undeveloped site, the cost of installing and maintaining the renewable energy system is actually much less than paying for the utility-run and the regular monthly usage bills that would follow. Placing a renewable energy system at Fox Fire Ridge will also serve to protect the environment. Not only will the system prevent the disruption of running new power lines (and don't forget the poles!), but every kilowatt produced by this system is one less kilowatt that has to be produced by other non-renewable sources. Enjoy the view! |

| (Pictured above) Inside the shed are 16 batteries for backup power, the inverter, controller, and other components that must be sheltered from the weather. The batteries will require minimal maintenance - checking water levels once per month. | ||
